New machine configuration
Set up new pick and place machines based on customer's PCB designs. Your new machine will be able to start production immediately after you get it. We will need your PCB files and sample PCB boards, possible some special parts. This is a fee based service. The fee varies with the complexity of PCB's.
Payment Details
PayPal is the best payment method.
We also accept Visa, Master, American Express and Discover card, check, money order or wire transfer. Please contact us if you want to pay your order with a method other than PayPal. We require that the shipping address matches with the billing address of your credit card.
We only accept US and Canadian issued credit card.
Payment must be received within

after auction ends. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder if payment is not received 7 days after the auction ended.

Insurance is included
. Breakage in transit will be replaced or refunded to customer's satisfaction. To ensure quick processing, be sure to note the damage to the delivery agent and notify us within 72 hours of delivery or as soon as you possibly can. We will then pick up the damaged product (at our expense) and get your replacement product shipped to you ASAP.

is welcome. Please contact us if you would like to schedule pick-up. All local pick-ups are subject to 7.75% California Sales Tax.
Warranty
All our products carry a standard
one year warranty
. Service or repair will be done in the US.
Consumable parts, like all Heating Elements, will not be covered by this warranty, but replacement parts can be purchased from us.
This item is guaranteed to be as described. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt if there is a problem.
Return and Refund Policies

Returns for any reason other than defects not described are subject to
15% restocking fee
, while exchanges or upgrades will receive credit for full purchase price. If an item is returned defective but tests fine we will refund the tiem price minus a 15% resotocking fee.
Shipping and handling
charges are not refundable.
For any exchange or refund, please contact us first for a return authorization (

The items must be returned in the
original packing box
and received in "like new" condition. Please also include an ebay invoice.
Please allow up to
10 business days
for return to be processed.
Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. We will ship a new replacement product to you ASAP upon receiving returned item and cover standard ground shipping cost for replacement.
