    Ideal for schools, assisted living communities, hotels and residential bathrooms, the Panasonic WhisperFit EZ Dual-Speed Exhaust Fan with Motion Sensor automatically turns on when someone enters the room. It offers two fan speeds (80 CFM or 110 CFM) to circulate air in spaces up to 110 sq. ft., inhibiting mildew buildup, stagnant air and fogged-up mirrors. The fan features a low-profile housing and includes a Flex-Z bracket for fast, flexible and easy installation. Also included is a 4 in.-to-3 in. duct adapter to mate with smaller-diameter ductwork. It operates ultra-quietly on low speed at just 0.3 sone, keeping background bathroom noise to a minimum.
