New and unused, loose with no original tags or packaging. This piece was a Pottery Barn Kids sample so it does not have any sewn in tags or labels. There is a number written in marker on the inside edge of the duvet (see photo #4) - this is not visible when the duvet is in use. Still the same great Pottery Barn Kids style and quality!
