[SIGNIFICANT PARAMETER]
- Different needs of people entail a large soldering area. That is the reason why our soldering machine is so distinguished—a soldering area of 300 x 960 mm (11.8'' x 37.8''). Apart from that, there are three heating zones above and two below; the rated power is 4.5 KW, while temperature control accuracy can reach up to ±1 ℃. Independent wheel structure and special stainless steel strut are durable wear-resisting runs smoothly, and speed precision can reach ±10mm/min.

- PID intelligent temperature control, one advanced technology you cannot ignore in our five heating areas, attains more accurate and well-proportioned temperature control. Our sophisticated transmission system includes a 1:150 turbine reducer and a frequency conversion motor. (speed adjustable range 0-1500 mm/min) It takes only about 15 minutes to let it heat up to 300℃ from the room temperature.

- This T-960 SMT reflow oven can provide eight stored temperature parameter waves as options to fulfill various welding technological requirements. The programmable technology allows you to preset the temperature waves prior to the whole welding process being completed automatically from preheating, soaking, and reflow through to cooling down according to your presetting wave.
